This Privacy Policy describes how BluNivalis Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the MaFocus Android app.
MaFocus is designed to let users create and manage focus timers, presets, settings, optional focus labels, and local focus statistics. Information you enter into the app, such as preset names, timer durations, focus labels, settings, and similar content, is stored locally on your device.
We do not directly collect personal data from you through MaFocus. We do not require account creation, and we do not provide cloud accounts or user profiles within the app at this time.
MaFocus may display ads through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. These third-party services may process certain device-related or advertising-related information in order to provide, improve, measure, or personalize ads, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Where required, MaFocus may show an advertising consent flow that allows you to manage choices related to advertising and related third-party processing.

MaFocus may include import and export functionality for offline backup. Exported backup files are created only when you choose to export them, and you control where those files are stored or shared. Imported backup files are used to restore local app data on your device.
MaFocus may use local notifications, sounds, or vibration to alert you when a focus phase or break phase is complete. Notification behavior depends on your app settings, device settings, and Android permissions.
MaFocus may use third-party services that are necessary for app functionality or monetization. These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

MaFocus is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for independent consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems.
We aim to keep the app and its dependencies reasonably up to date. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
You can stop all collection of information by the app by uninstalling it. You can also clear locally stored app data through your device settings, depending on your device and Android version. Advertising-related choices may also be available through the app, your device settings, or third-party consent controls where applicable.
